    1. From the article:
Engoron has already signaled that he will deny the motion, initially advising Trump’s attorney that he shouldn’t file it but then saying he could file it in writing.
      ...
A spokesperson for the attorney general’s office said, “Once again, Donald Trump is trying to dismiss the truth and the facts, but the numbers and evidence don’t lie. Donald Trump is now being held accountable for the years of fraud he committed and the incredible ways he lied to enrich himself and his family. He can keep trying to distract from his fraud, but the truth always comes out.”

    1. I watched it several times, half expecting that the cat was pawing at something like a gnat in the room. But the cat wasn't showing the intensity of a predator, but seemed mystified and had the look of responding to someone familiar. A little spooky but very cool. Animals do have keen senses we lack.

    1. I am sure it works well for occasional use, but would suggest that one keep it in a place that is not easily accessed when sleepy. Some companies package it in a specialized blister pack that is damn near impossible to open when sleepy, but some don''t. It is available without a prescription. I am probably unusually cautious about it because I remember one person who used it to commit suicide (which is exceedingly rare). But I also remember people dying from drinking too much water, and other oddities.
