Got this photo because USPS left a package on our porch,
which caused Mama Robin to fly off the nest.
I got the package and was coming back in the door
when I noticed a blue eggshell on the porch floor.
So I quickly got a photo on the way by! Lucky shot.

Poor Donald says "I did nothing wrong." That is correct. He did not carry our his official duties and obligations and he did not honor his oath to the Constitution. He does nothing, other than talk. Which is probably why he will not be charged with insurrection, only with conspiracy to defraud the citizens of the U.S. of their rights.

DeleteYes, except that talk by a highly public official DOES more than what simple chatter does. And it was wrong.
DeleteHad a recheck with the doctor today and got to meet with my actual physician this time. We have ruled out cardiac issues.
ReplyDeleteWe don't know why, but I have dryness at the back of my nose (interfering with sleep). She asked me if the smoke from teh Canadian wildfires bothers me...which it does...though I don't go out in it and we have heat pumps and a HEPA air cleaner at home. She said we may never know why I have this; but she also said I'm doing the right things, and it's fine for me to use a decongestant as needed to get some quality sleep.
So I am doing that and have had about 6 hours of sleep per night since Friday...7 last night. Half the time I have to sleep sitting up in the recliner, but it still counts.
Little by little…
Sleep is good medicine. I realized that an N95 mask did filter out our smoke particles. Pollen too. But it was a bit of a nuisance.

I have N95s and would be happy to wear them (as I did for several years), but that I am having issues with breathing.

DeleteHereabouts we seem to be having a run of temperatures in the high nineties to low hundreds. Might be about time to start murdering weeds again, but we have another day or two of social obligations that will interfere.
