Just read the indictment (granted I skimmed parts). Wow. 18 U.S.C. § 793(e) is where [at least relevant parts of] the current incarnation of the Espionage Act resides; it has been changed and moved around several times since Gene Debs pleaded guilty to it. I note that it considers losing a classified national security document equivalent to conveying it to an enemy alien. ---Alan
