President Trump is expected to do three or four rallies a day starting this weekend, the Washington Post reports. I should be most surprised if he has the necessary stamina. Unless he takes stimulant drugs.
“Melania Trump is canceling her first campaign appearance in months because she is not feeling well as she continues to recover from Covid-19,” CNN reports. I really don’t care do u?
Thinking about Donald's three or four rallies a day---there isn't room in the news cycle to cover that many. But presumably if you've seen one of them, you've seen them all. It sounds frantic rather than effective.
Surely, it must be illegal for the President of the United States to have offshore bank accounts? Besides which, what kind of idiot has a bank account in China? It's a communist country, for Pete's sake. What the hell do they know about banking?
...unless that's where he's planning to seek asylum. Pretty sure no one else will take him, not even Uncle Vlad. I donno. Leavenworth's probably more comfortable than anything the Chinese can offer.
Cat~~Have you really not noticed that these days China has some of the biggest, richest, most powerful companies in the world? Trump is trying to get 5G built without Huwei technology, and it's a challenge. Domestically, it's my impression that China is more classist than even the US.

My personal recommendation would be Laphroaig Triple Wood. Especially if you like peat, although that is a little less peaty than regular Laphroaig, "the world's most controversial Scotch."
Purchased in small quantities on very rare occasions the price would be of little consequence. Thanks for the suggestion--I had never before heard of it.
A Perfectly Cromulent Word | Merriam-Webster https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/what-does-cromulent-mean The word cromulent ended up in the script courtesy of a showrunner's challenge to the writers. According to the DVD commentary for The Simpsons, the showrunners asked the writers to come up with two nonce words that sounded like words that could be in actual use. Writer David X. Cohen came up with cromulent as one of those words. It means "acceptable" or "fine."
