Trump Campaign Going Dark In Arizona [Click] Is this a sign that they are short of money? There have been other places they have cut back on advertising as the Biden campaign has increased theirs--I don't recall just where.
Few Military Officers Willing to Defend Trump September 5, 2020 By Taegan Goddard
New York Times: “The president privately raged about The Atlantic’s article on Friday morning, and advisers were panicked about how to counter it. They feared it was the beginning of a constant drip of negative stories from disenchanted former officials that could sway voters. While Mr. Trump demanded that allies knock down the article, aides recognized that few senior military officers were willing to openly defend the president.”
The BEGINNING of a constant drip? With how many books already published? Wake up and smell the rafflesia, boys and girls.
I was looking at the California weather stories. Here they say visibility is 7 miles (compared to 3 yesterday), air quality moderate (AQI=79), and predicted high temp equals the previous record for the date (106), but I rather doubt that—current temperature (11AM) = 92F. Eastern parts of the greater SF Bay Area are predicted to have temperatures in excess of 110F this weekend. I expect all our proto-raisins will have turned from green to yellow-green by the end of the day, if they have not yet.
OHIO: As of Saturday afternoon, there have been at least 129,785 confirmed or probable cases in the state, 4,256 deaths, and 13,808 hospitalizations, according to the Ohio Department of Health.
Just now we had to move a table of grapes aside to get the car out of the garage; they are already starting to turn brown, after an estimated time in the sun of maybe ten hours.
I just ordered a yard sign from Etsy. Since I'm not real keen on Biden this sign is just a picture of a flag. It says "Pro America" on top and "Anti Trump" on the bottom. My new neighbors across the street have a trump/pence sign inside their garage. Sigh.
Reported temperature 105F (“like 113”) record 106 27% humidity 8 miles visibility It is HOT on the south side of the garage, where we are making raisins.
