Democratic delegate rules, 2020 - Ballotpedia Delegates are allocated proportionally based on the outcome of each state's primary contest. A candidate is typically only eligible to receive a share of the pledged delegates at stake if they win at least 15 percent of votes cast in a primary or caucus. That standard is referred to as the 15 percent threshold. Warren and Sanders are currently the only candidates who meet that standard in California.
Alan, re The Starless Sea: Perhaps I should warn you that the main storyline is a love story, in case that makes a difference. Come to think of it, several of the storylines are love stories.Even the person we come to think of as the villain does what she does because of love.
And, did I mention? There are cats, and books...lots and lots and *lots* of books!
Maybe, but all the strands come together at the end, at which point it makes sense. Donno. I just wanted to share the experience with someone, and you seemed a likely candidate. If you're not interested, that's okay. Not every book is to every reader's taste.
Before leaving the subject, I'll add something that just occurred to me - I'm somewhat slow. It's a mystery to be solved and a puzzle to be put together, or several.
What is that B.S. Joe keeps pulling out about challenging people to a push-up contest or a race? It's not his body I'm worried about it's his sleeping brain!

Love is OK; but I looked at the reviews and it seems a little too far out for my tastes.
DeleteCats and books are OK too. But the book seems to call for more suspension of belief than suits me.
