Sweet Thanksgivings for your Patience today! I knew all week that the one post I had messed up was the one for today and that I needed to get a new post up for today. But I lost track of it before sleeping. I recalled it today, but was not able to get to my computer until now. VERY frustrating to leave you all languishing. But! Being true blue Deaniacs of Yore, you punted well!
puddle, I am so glad your test went well! A+ for you!!
Thanks for the links, Alan!! I hope to get to them forthwith!!
BTW, the photo out front is from years ago when my family last gathered at the Lareau Farm Inn for Christmas. We are attempting to secure the Inn for a weekend toward the end of the year, but so far it has been just a very frustrating game of phone tag. That is one of the chief reasons I wasn't able to post the new thread before now.

Re Lost Caravaggio: I should think one ought to be absolutely SURE that one’s wife is not impressionable before putting such a painting on long-term display in the nuptial bower; then again, a killer painting might have a greater market value… BTW, Abra seems to have a notable goiter.
"silence restores the nervous system, helps sustain energy, and conditions our minds to be more adaptive and responsive to the complex environments in which so many of us now live, work, and lead. Duke Medical School’s Imke Kirste recently found that silence is associated with the development of new cells in the hippocampus, the key brain region associated with learning and memory."
Now that's funny. My brother used to marvel to people that I work in total silence - no radio, no TV. He just couldn't understand how I could do that as he required noise at all times.
