Yes, Tuesday was full here too. I cleaned house; someone came for spiritual guidance; I went birthday shopping and grandchild gift shopping, and grocery shopping. Then I painted the first coat on part of what will become Snoopy's Dog House all decorated for Christmas (at Root*Center*Son's house where our family will gather mid-December. Then I made dinner, did laundry and watched one episode of The Crown. More laundry now, then sleep at last.
Wednesday is all about baking pies and packing for an overnight in Maine for Thanksgiving! It's going to be in the teens by day and single digits by night. So instead of my really pretty dress, I'm trying to imagine wearing pants to Thanksgiving dinner. We will be arriving JUST in time for the meal, so not even stopping at the Inn to unload enroute. No time to change. Would it be terribly gauche of me to wear flannel lined bluejeans, a pretty sweater and a scarf? It would be the most practical outfit, given the temperatures. But...

I do believe all will be looking at their plates, so your attire will go unremarked.
