The world's power is shifting...

I took this photo from half way up the Statehouse lawn.
The crowd was just as large behind me and off to the sides as well.

                              The HAT!

It wasn't until I posted this photo of Bernie at our rally that I realised
the man beside him in the gray cap was Rep. Peter Welch!!  Ha!

Bernie did not speak at the rally, as it was a time to hear the young people,
and politicians were asked not to speak today.  But!  At the end of the rally
the crowd chanted "Bernie! Bernie! Bernie!"
so he walked up to the microphone and simply waved.
And it is surely to his credit.

  1. "we have this foam the day before the MFOL rally" should read:
"we have this FROM the day before the MFOL rally"
Looks to me like my errant typography and proofreading were helped along by "autocorrect."

  3. Speaking of the world's power shifting:

I recall reading about a Mexican attorney who was harvesting fruit and vegetables in Fresno County because she could make more money that way than as an attorney in Mexico.

    1. I was hoping I would elicit some responses...well, maybe tomorrow. I have hopes everyone here had better things to do than watching "60 Minutes."
