FRIDAY night at this time, I was typing an apology for getting this thread up at tad late, as I had just spent 12 hours painting our main bathroom and was soon to fall into bed.
Friday EVENING I needed to add a thread for Saturday, set the time and posted for it to appear at 1:00am as usual, and arm ol' Blogger burped and posted it immediately instead! It did the same thing for the Sunday thread I tried to post. So I had to delete them and start over.
UNFORTUNATELY, in the process I accidentally deleted Friday's whole thread! ARGH!!!!!!!!****!!!*!*!*!
Susan posted about how grandparents who babysit their grandchildren are less likely to get dementia.
I was about to comment that it seems like I'm all set, then.
But as I scrolled down I found a note from puddle suggesting that perhaps parents simply stop letting grandparents babysit when they begin to show signs of dementia. Ha! So maybe I'm not covered after all.
from listener: A tad late posting as I JUST finished painting our main bathroom. =Whew!= Now off to sleep as I rise in less than 7 hours and travel on slipsy roads to offer spiritual guidance. Life will slow down, right?

Can we try to recreate it a bit, for posterity?
"arm ol' Blogger" should read "darn ol' Blogger" (and that you may tie to!!)

Alan posted a very pithy link and I had planned to come back to it. I hope he recalls which one it was and reinstates it here so that I can!!
ReplyDeleteAny recollection of what the subject was, listener?
DeleteAlan
My sincerest apologies. I don't think I've ever deleted a day's thread before!!!
ReplyDeleteOnce is more than enough!! Carry on...and please fill in as you are able. ♥
Here's what I could recover, listener. --Alan
