Vivvie is still quite ill, but she's hanging on tenaciously. Cats are amazing with their ability to bounce back. Maybe that's where the idear of their having nine lives came from. I mentioned this conjecture to Sis, who told me about a cartoon she'd seen recently. St. Peter is at the Pearly Gates talking to a kitty. "So, are you coming in or going out?"
