but then a nap is in the plan. Definitely.

  3. Surprising how much a 20-min nap helped my sleepiness. Up semi-early because today was THE DISABILITY PRIDE PARADE. We pulled in off despite being short-handed as we've been all year. Hope we can get more people next year -- I've roped in one of my friends.

  4. I've been sleepy all day too, for no apparent reason.

Good vibes needed, please. Mr. Gatsby has gone missing. He has been away all day and has not come home as of this writing. Sis is terribly upset. Please send prayers for both Kitty's safe return and Sis.

  5. I'm still tuckered out from Thursday and Friday, but we made it to the Bay Area, did some shopping (including some gifts--nice pottery) and had a nice little visit with Naomi, and back home. I am shortly going to watch The Grand Budapest Hotel, highly recommended both by The Guardian and by Naomi.

    1. An interesting movie in many ways. (I rate it PG.] The reference in the credits to the author Stefan Zweig sent me inquiring about him. Certainly Zweig is an interesting person, but his novellas sound quite distressing and I do not think I care to read any of them. The various themes in the movie reflect the disagreeing evaluations of Zweig's work. I think that in time I might well watch the movie once or twice more. Yes, it is comedic, yes it is very tightly controlled; but there is another element to it as well.
