Weird weather today. Rained in the morning. I was saying it wasn't a day I wanted to walk to the doctor's office for my annual check-up. But by 2 in the afternoon, it was bright sunshine -- I should have rolled up my sleeves. Then late afternoon it rained again. And now it is raining with lightning and thunder.
Howard remains first even as the federal government remains stuck in last.
