I wondered for a moment where Krampus was, but realized he must be the one taking the photo of St. Nicholas!
The frost seems a little thicker this morning; this makes the third night the wind machines have been running in the orchards on the other side of the river.
puddle--now that you mention it, my experience has also been that the surgeons seem significantly more friendly and personally interested than the gastroenterologists...
Rain --> pour. . . . Stacy at Digestive Health called my kid to try to set up an appointment. I called: line busy. Left voicemail saying I'd stay off line for half an hour. No call. Doesn't leave one with a good feeling. . . .
Those are the people you'd just as soon skip past to the surgeon, correct? Well, with a little luck, they'll forget to call back until after Tuesday morning. ;-)
I'm calling Millie, Dr. Jones assistant on Thursday. Maybe she'll have advice. I don't want to get into an internecine war 'cause I skipped a few (expensive)(and time consuming) steps, lol!

ReplyDeleteAlan, you won't find me posting a photo of Krampus! Ewww! Such a terrible tradition to inflict on children! No, I'll stick with Good St. Nick. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo, do the wind machines disturb your slumber? I hope you didn't dream it was Krampus out there!

ReplyDeleteI hear you. Still... At this point it seems you should have the right to move forward!
ReplyDeleteOh, if we wake up we can hear the wind machines--kind of like loud traffic or surf or a heavy train. No big.
ReplyDeleteHere's a link to the text of Obama's speech:

Obama certainly is a good speechifier, no question there. And this sounds like the theme of a re-election campaign, sure enough.
Off to the Bay Area early in the AM for court in Oakland and some shopping. Later, gators!
