When I'm at the gym I often see political ads on the screens in front of the treadmills/stationary bikes etc. The anti Amy Acton ads like to highlight the fact that she called for schools to be closed during COVID. Between that and the Fauci, there do seem to be some people intent on re-litigating old beefs.
Not sure if anyone outside of Ohio knows that Acton's opponent is Vivek Ramaswamy. At least part of the question this year is going to revolve around whether Ohio is more racist or more misogynistic.
