    1. UPDATE!
I am delighted to report that I just had the splints removed and suddenly I can breathe better than I ever have in my life! My doctor says that I am healing very well, and for the first time in 2 yrs, 7 mos, I no longer have to sleep sitting up. This feels amazing!! 😃👍

    5. I'm still AMAZED! It'll be hit or miss over the coming weeks as I heal, but the worst is better than my former best!
I go back for a recheck in three weeks. Then I think I'll be back to relative normal! WOW!!
