Juliet Dwarf Cherry Tree Blossoms!

 

It's the first year this tree has blossomed!  We are celebrating! 
The Romeo Dwarf Cherry, which had a few blossoms last year,
is completely loaded with blossoms about to burst open!  Hurrah!

    So, Pumpkin is miserable, but she's notably less miserable if I take her cone off. But I'm only supposed to take off the cone when she's fully supervised, and I need a nap.

    It would be worth it to me to buy a softer cone, but I am not having much luck finding one with good reviews. I've heard people can cobble together an alternative collar with sections of pool noodles. Demetrius is going to see if he can make something that will work.

      Poor Pumpkin! I remember how much Binky hated the cone. Hope D can get Pumpkin fixed up with something better.

      Howe long does she have to wear it? We bought two when it looked like Spinnaker was having surgery. I have them here and they've never been used! Would be happy to send Priority. I'll Messenger-message you a photo!

    Doctor’s office visit today; he noted that I looked significantly better. Some improvement in chest x-ray, repeat in two weeks. Good appetite. Deleted one Rx, reduced another by half. Added about ten pounds. Waiting for lab test results. I’m impatient.
