    1. I greatly appreciate that the whole world is using the term "Trump's Tariffs" not American Tariffs! That gives me hope for future international relations.

  5. Trump Tries to Calm Investors
April 4, 2025 By Taegan Goddard

Donald Trump, on Truth Social, just before the stock market opened:

“To the many investors coming into the United States and investing massive amounts of money, my policies will never change. This is a great time to get rich—richer than ever before!”

    Spoiler alert: It’s not working.

  6. And I am feeling SO MUCH better this morning; I have been feeling VERY tired and not just achey but actually painful lately--- perhaps the result of a virus? Or sheer cussedness? Or worrying over Trump's disasters? I plan to resume and expand regular [mild] exercises, after we do our regular Friday grocery shopping today.

    1. Soooo good to hear you're on the upswing, Alan!

If that doesn't hold, will you be checking in with your physician?

    2. I doubt he would do more than prescribe potentially dangerous prescription pain killers. I have been neglecting exercise since the first Covid go-around, so that seems a promising avenue.

    1. My pleasure, listener; it's nice to have place to sound off safely. BTW, I have found myself thinking of you having a device on your auto to flip the license plate over when crossing the border; PEI on one side, Vermont on the other. But such protective coloration would probably be objected to by the minions of the law.
