    1. That certainly is progress, but I am pulling for smaller alternatives to ITER. Also for small thorium reactors.

    1. We will too, and probably always use masks during flu season going forward.
There is literally no reason anyone needs to see our mouth and nose when we are shopping.

  4. Well, red-letter day here! We celebrated Snowflake Bentley's birthday by receiving our first ever Social Security checks (well, direct deposit). That feels pretty great!

    1. Yes, that does feel good. Somewhat ironically, it was about a month later that I got my best freelance client, which I kept until retirement.

    2. Bill, that really is ironic! Nice that it happened!

Wil still has his home business but that's part time. I still offer spiritual guidance and am consolidating meetings into the first half of each month to free up the other half.

Should be a lot of fun soon!

  6. Biden’s Biggest Idea on Climate Change Is Remarkably Cheap [Click] “It’s one of the most cost-effective climate policies the U.S. has ever considered, according to a new analysis.” This article is not terribly clear to me, beyond the political appeal of tax credits rather than carbon taxes and the benefits of flexibility. Allegedly easy to do in the current political climate (inadvertent pun).
