There don't seem to have been any SC polls since the Iowa caucuses, and none in NV in the past month. So take that into consideration when people talk about Biden polling well in those states.
Another illustration of the unreliability of politico.com articles. California is 39% Latino, and voting in California has been underway since Monday. Bernie has been leading in donations from Latinos in California for some time.
