Gee-- the article may be rather more emphatic than is fair, but this seems to be much more than a simple drip, drip, drip... Sounds like catnip for he-who-must-not-be-named. And the DOJ makes its decision in May? I wonder whom Sanders might choose for his running mate--I like Nina Turner, but is there another Black woman with more political chops?
There are quite a few female House members in the Black Congessional Caucus; historically a lot of Representatives have become VP. Barbara Lee Speaks for Me!
Barbara Lee is very impressive. I'd love to see her as VP but the same objection arises with her as with Elizabeth Warren, to whit we need her right where she is.
Love the idea of the ticket though, a Jew and a Black woman.
Rooting around for polls and predictions, I find indications that
Kansas will (probably) go for Sanders (pledged delegates = 33); Louisiana for Clinton (51); Nebraska Bernie? (25) Maine Bernie (25) Michigan Clinton (130) Mississippi Clinton (36) Democrats Abroad Bernie? (13)
I haven't been following the polls, but Michigan is disappointing. States such as Michigan and Illinois are precisely the ones that Bernie needs to stay within striking distance up to California.
FWIW, Illinois is where Clinton was born and raised, but she has had very little connection with the state as an adult.
I saw a piece that suggested Flint might cost Clinton Michigan. Something about her not having voted for clean water? Can't remember which feed I saw it on. Nuts! Will do a bit of digging.
I was pleased because Michigan has such a hefty delegate count.
Howard!
ReplyDeleteBernie!!
WOW!! Well, check out this article on the subject of HRC's emails. Apparently it is now officially a criminal investigation.

That's it through 3/8.

I'm sorry. Can't find the article.
DeleteOh, goody! Talk of the size of Trump's manhood. What a grown-up election *this* is being. . . .

I saw something about that. What else can you expect of those unevolved creeps?
