Wild parrots in the snow

There are huge numbers of wild parrots living in Brooklyn. New to me--what else is going on in the world that I have no idea about? That's a rhetorical question of course...the obvious answer is "plenty". You just *have* to stay humble when you realize that. The wild quaker parakeets are actually a serious issue--click to read more if you'd like something different to worry about.
