Cheney's Chief of Staff Indicted

Irving Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Chief of Staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, has been indicted on five criminal counts.

Count 1: Obstruction of Justice (18 U.S.C. § 1503)
Counts 2-3: False Statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001(a)(2))
Counts 4-5: Perjury (18 U.S.C. § 1623)
