Progressive Christian Interactive Blogging Tonight

Tonight on the My Vote is My Voice Blog at 8pm EDT, Kety Esquivel blogs on behalf of CrossLeft, a progressive Christian group. From the CrossLeft web site:

We believe that we have the power to take back the way that we are perceived as a community of faith. We believe that it is possible for us to create a space where our voices can be heard and we can be fully self-expressed in our ministry of compassion, service and love. We believe that we can help to influence the conversation through our faith and our politics so that other Christians are inspired and in action around both.

Please join us as we reclaim our faith and help to reframe the conversation that is being had around faith and Christianity. We believe that we, as a community of Christians have a role to play in making this happen. Although many of us may not be "official" or "ordained" leaders of the faith, we are believers and as such, we believe that we can help.
