Doonesbury!

  1. HOME!! The roads were wet at first, due to rain. Then the rain turned into ice pellets, then to snow. We were driving 29mph on the interstate behind a snowplow. Very humbling to see where a tractor trailer truck had slid and jack-knifed into a stone cliff. Later on, a red car was in the median. But the police were on scene at both locations and folks were mostly careful. Fortunately, the snow abated as we entered Vermont! Lovely Vermont! Glad to be home.

  2. US Postal Service head DeJoy resigns

"DeJoy...became postmaster general in the summer of 2020 during Trump’s first term. He was a Republican donor who owned a logistics business and was the first person to hold the position in nearly two decades who was not a career postal employee."

  3. Naomi made it home from Oz; their flight into LAX was a little late, so she had a long layover there, but she is home and well.
