He just doubles down on it. I heard him say that even if not true it needs to keep being said to raise awareness of the immigrant issues. !!! I knew a Republican "pseudo-christian" who tried to get people to call Planned Parenthood and make an appointment for an abortion, which they didn't need and had no intention of showing up for, just to fill the schedule with no-shows! When it was pointed out that that's lying, he said it was imperative to save lives, so it was okay to lie.
Susan Davidson Trump has already come far too close to destroying America. His vile hatred, rage and lust for vengeance have infected far too many. In their twisted and infected minds it is acceptable to kill us if they cannot convince us to their twisted view. Trump is not the only mover - there are clearly others in the shadows manipulating and providing financing. But like any cancer it has metastasized nearly to the terminal stage. We must vote, as Glenn Kirschner says "in numbers to big to rig and two real to steal". Please do not vote for Republicans. They will be our death. I don't believe that is hyperbole.
In my state, California, the Republican Party verges on extinction except in some gerrymandered districts (such as mine), so my vote makes no difference to the outcome. That said, there has long been no danger of me voting Republican. I am disappointed that there has been and will be only one President of my generation, but one is better than none, and he has done all right. No candidate will please me 100%, but Harris augurs to be close enough, and her choice of running mate pleases me. ----Alan
I am offended by Obama invading my computer feed to beg for my five dollars to help Harris when (1) she is awash in money and selling million-dollar dinner tickets to her NY fundraiser, and (2) Obama wouldn't spare even a moment for the people gathered here to greet him as he got off Air Force One and transferred to Marine One on his way to a Big Ag luncheon fundraiser and a ridiculous photo op in the next county. Too bad about his shoes getting dusty. -----Alan
