    1. Clothing fashions change, but good judgement remains far more important.

  2. Dreadnoughtus—- a recently discovered type of titanosaur I hadn’t heard of. [Click] Seems to be the largest dinosaur yet found, and not yet fully grown.

And Saurophaganax— The Jurassic's biggest predator [Click] A type of, or similar to, Allosaurus.

  4. I get the impression there is a reference to something that happened in the early minutes of the debate -- the minutes I missed. Can somebody tell me explicitly what that was?

  5. Writing in the Atlantic, David Frum calls the debate a "travesty"--"Trump never should have had this platform."

"Everything about the event was designed to blur the choice before Americans. Both candidates—the serving president and the convicted felon—were addressed as “President.” The questions treated an attempted coup d’Γ©tat as one issue out of many. The candidates were left to police or fail to police the truth of each other’s statements; it was nobody else’s business." --nordy

  6. Anton Petrov video: Unexpected Source of DMS Gas On Earth and Why It's So Crucial For Our Planet [Click] The CLAW hypothesis. Here’s hoping it isn’t just wishful thinking.

  7. Various types of cloaks [Click] The second one seems the best: High medieval version with separate hood. I was reading somewhere recently that cloaks were displaced by overcoats rather recently.
Here is the same fellow with a buckleless belt that seems a good mate to the cloak. [Click] We don’t get enough cold weather for a cloak or overcoat hereabouts, but a cloak would seem to be essentially one size fits (almost) all, so easy to order.
