  3. [Video:] SCOTUS Framing of Appeal May Be A Bad Sign for Trump [Click] Upon close examination, SCOTUS has dismissed most of his appeal arguments and evidently wants to clarify for all time the two remaining issues (on which the Court of Appeals was not unanimous). It may be a near thing, but there may well be time to complete the DC Circuit [Jan. 6th, Judge Chutkin] case before the election.

    1. P.S.: I want to know exactly when Trump's window of opportunity to pay the E. Jeane Carrol II award will slam shut absent posting of bond. March 8th? March 9th? Time of day? Does anyone here know? I would be particularly pleased if EJC attaches TrumpForce 1. Plus one of his items of real estate (presuming he actually owns one).

    2. Thanks Cat. Remember how recently Mizzen (the tiger) got stuck in the linen closet for awhile? Well, we can safely say she was not traumatised by it, because she was up on the second shelf today in the same closet, sleeping on the folded sheets.

    3. Alan, it was like they were tapping their paw and wishing the staff would hurry up already. LOL

  5. Good to see that Nikky Haley won the DC Primary today! She had nearly 30% more votes than DT.
Small wonder he's not favoured in DC of all places!!

    1. Still, that's good! I figure that she is staying in the race figuring that TFG will be bankrupted and convicted well before the election---which would make her the logical GOP nominee.
