Petunias at the Bookshop Door

    listener--an old tip for those who would school their children at home and teach them to use nib pens. This came from the old school teacher in the hamlet where we lived when I was born. Instead of ink, she put Mrs. Stewart's Bluing into the ink wells at the students' desks--it was far more economical.
