Susan's Grands, with her great creations!


We've seen the pincushion before, but WOW!  Susan!!  We need to hear how you made these!!

    How did I do it? Well, first I got married and had children, then they grew up, married and had children. And that's how I got my grands.

    Seriously. The button and ruler were long-ago purchases. The thimble is made from a plastic popcorn bucket and the spool of thread is a lampshade wrapped in thick yarn with a foamcore top and bottom. Why do I do these strange things? Because it pleases me, and my kids and my grands enjoyed it.
