    1. Thank-you! You made my day!!

Spent the late night sorting out squabbling adult children. Can't put them in chairs anymore or say "Go to your room." How about "Go to your House"? LOL! Looks like we're good now, but I was sure tired today...even with getting a nap with the kittens snuggled close.

Tomorrow I'm mailing a package to Ghana! It's for two dear friends who are spending two years there in the Peace Corps, teaching art and practical skills. Their cupboard was getting pretty bare, as regards art supplies, so three of us got together here in Vermont and are sending a big box of everything from coloured pencils to calligraphy pens to coping saws! Of course I'm including a box of Snowflake Chocolates because one of them has worked there before! :-D

    2. Hi, listener. Wanted to thank you for the kind remarks about our departed Orange on the last thread.

Siblings squabble? Guess you couldn't prove it by me: I'm an only child and I have just the one child.

And yes, that's a beautiful photo today. Reminds me of what a real snow is like. [grin]

  2. Agree about the pictures: she has some stunners, eh?

Beau managed to open the locked storm door and had himself a party this afternoon. Alas, someone was gardening downriver, and he followed him when he left. Luckily, my uproad neighbor had his number, so I knew in which direction to search. Finally, with the help of another neighbor, got him in the car and home. I think I need to take him on more rides so he sees getting into the car as possible fun rather than a trap. . . .
