My Gramie ring has arrived! That's the lower ring of gems below.  They're in the order the grands were born. 

I’m wearing it with my Mother’s ring, which is the ring on the top row. 

The stones represent all my sweet jewels, and serve as a way to carry them with me throughout the day.  

It's kind of like personalised rosary beads!
