Trump and his Republican stooges in Congress apparently anticipated this. Hidden inside their Big Ugly Bill is a provision intended to block the courts from using contempt to enforce its orders. It reads: “No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued …” -- nordy

According to Victor Lim, marketing director for the Chicago Sun-Times' parent company Chicago Public Media, the list was part of licensed content provided by King Features, a unit of the publisher Hearst Newspapers. -- nordy
The Court of International Trade has ruled that Trump does not have the authority to impose broad-based tarrifs on all imports from specific countries. The ruling will be appealed, of course.
