ReplyDeleteThis morning I could walk a thousand meters without stopping or using a cane, and keep pace with my sweetie while doing it. I probably could have walked a full two thousand meters, but figured I better not overdo it so soon after treatment. My right hip and shoulder hurt a bit because of my recent abnormal gait while using a cane, but that will go away soon enough. Nice.

Good news. My back continues to improve. I think the bruising is almost gone. But it continues to be uncomfortable if I bend, stand, or walk roo long, even with a dane and lumbar support belt. And resting my spine against a chair back can hurt. Is that the subluxation?
DeleteAlan, you might want to check out shoes from Orthofeet. They even have some that are hands free going on and off, and it even works for me, even though I can't wear loafers. Best shoes I ever bought. You tell them what your physical issues are and the shoes are perfect for it! Reasonable prices too.

DeleteI've been calling the Congresscritters who were at the Treasury yesterday to tell them "thank you" and calling Ohio Reps. about my concern about the Musk coup and the danger to all of us. I was thrilled to see tonight that Al Green is building the foundation for an Impeachment charge against the orange goblin. I contributed what $$ I could, at least until that little Nazi Musk cuts off my social security. ~Susan
