    1. From the Wikipedia entry for The Republic of Slowjamistan: [Click]
The flag of Slowjamastan was designed by Chilean artist Alexander Antonio Perez Mata who is world renown[ed] for his work on award winning projects, including the menu graphics for Uruguay‘s version of Applebee’s and the long-running Chilean comic-strip “Pepe El Bromisa” (a Chilean take on Dennis the Menace). The Sultan Randy Williams said, “We combed every corner of the earth to find an artist worthy of creating the flag for our great nation. There was no doubt in my mind who was right for the job. When that person didn’t return our calls and emails, we reached out to Alexander. He did not disappoint.

  6. Hallo! We went to NH today for granddaughter's 5th birthday party. She was totally in bliss! Our gift of a mermaid themed jewelry box was a big hit. Funny...you never know what's going to hit the mark. 😊

  7. Update on lower back exercises I linked to yesterday. I have modified the first one, starting at about two minutes. Rather than pull the knees back to my chest (it is too easy to, hurt my right thigh), i am now just laying back at the end of the bed, setting one foot on the bed, and flexing the other, then changing sides.
