    1. The tanker's stated next port of call is Kalamata, in Greece. Turkey is one of Iran's better oil customers; I am guessing that the refinery in Izmir is a likely destination.

    2. It occurred to me to wonder if the tanker might take back a load of gasoline, but upon checking it seems that Iran is currently producing somewhat more gasoline than it can consume locally.
