So the plumbing guy was just here and did a temporary fix on the sump discharge pipe. When I went in the house my crazy neighbor came out and was taking pictures of everything including the guy's work truck. I'm telling you, he's totally unbalanced and I won't even GO on that side of the yard without an escort. I wish he would get a life of his own and leave me the hell alone. Actually I wish he would just die, but I probably won't get that lucky.
