I'm okay. :-) Just forgot. It's not like me to forget twice in three days, but Mother's Day messed up my routine (in a good way). Thanks for checking, though. Sheriff Chuck may stand down. ;-)

  3. Today, in my blissfuly unaware state, I actually spent an hour working on Mah*Sweetie's 1000 piece puzzle. It was relaxing, but that's not why I did it. I have someone coming for spiritual guidance next week, so I kind of need this puzzle to be finished by then, as it takes over the coffee table. LOL! But it can be really fun…and so low tech.

Speaking of tech. My computer has been giving a strange message upon shutdown. It asked "Do you want to complete the Installation?" Only, I wasn't trying to install anything, it never said what it was attempting to install, and the choices were "Abort" or "Yes" rather than "Cancel" or "Continue" and it disabled my cursor! So I kept having to close with a hard shutdown. So yesterday, Youngest (quite the Geek) looked into the guts of my computer, made a file showing all the things I had running, then went ahead and let the installation happen. Then he immediately compared the file with the new list of all that was running and discovered a Malware had started. So he deleted it and voila, no more installation messages. Cool.

    1. Oh yes, that choice sounds like malware. I have had that sort of thing sneak in and have had to use the Force Quit function to escape from it.

  4. By the way, the flowers out front are thanks to (1) Daughter giving me a very cool vase which has a lattice jar-cover, so that the flowers are helped to stand up and (2) flowers Mah*Sweetie gave me for Mother's Day, which I got to arrange. I love this vase!

    1. I may be able to vote tomorrow--California vote-by-mail ballots were to be sent out today. Copy will go to Bernie HQ. Local organizing activities seem to be picking up.

Court double-header in Oakland scheduled for tomorrow became a single-header either Wednesday or Monday. That's good. To bed shortly...still exhausted from the weekend. Thank goodness Job Number One was easy today.
