Girl green, dog, river, sun

  1. Great photo, puddle!!

I came by a few minutes ago but it hadn't posted. So I got into Blogger (it lets me do that much) and all your posts were set as Draft. You seem to have Scheduled them all fine, but you then have to click "Publish" at the top of the page so they're set as "Scheduled."

I was able to do that for today's and tomorrow's. I'd have done all of them but it's tedious on an iPhone!

We are now thinking I may need a new computer. Hopefully soonish (possibly by the end of July...stay tuned). Sooo grateful for your help meanwhile!!

    1. Thanks listener! It's been *years* since I posted any way but immediately. It is possible from the all posts page to do them all at once (which I did)--just check the box to the left, scroll back to the top and hit publish, and they all turned to scheduled as promised.

The green girl, btw, is Alysa, my youngest grand, and Amber's only daughter.

    2. Cool! Thanks for the tip!

I hope to be up and running by Monday!! Mah*Sweetie met me at Best Buy after work and I came home with a new MacBook Pro with 500GB hard drive!! Whoo hoo!! Can't get together with my Geek son until Sunday evening, and I dare not attempt to configure it in my own. He can do that in one-tenth the time it would take me, and without potential errors. I even got a spiffy carrying case for it. Very exciting!! Funny, but I haven't really missed the computer MOST of the time, thanks to my iPhone. I decided not to get the Retina Display since it wasn't very impressive and the Retina machines have dropped the CD/DVD feature, which I use a lot. That decision saved $400!!

    3. Green Girl looks too young to have nearly lost her Mom. How is Alysa holding up?

    4. She seems fine. Not sure how much nine year olds *get* about ICU. And Amber's certainly no stranger to major surgery. (She's had a thyroidectomy, and a complete hip replacement, for instance.)

  2. Hope no one minds a shameless plug, but hubby has put together a new animation demo. Planning to post it here a soon as I can get the sucker to work. The YouTube "embed" option is failing miserably.

  3. Congrats on the new machine! And blessings on everyone with a geek kid--their price is beyond rubies.
