Oh, joy!!
Thanks, listener, all. She seems to be holding on. Life in ICU is dreadfully boring in a really awful way. Finally closed up the house today, and with the a/c on it's drying out a bit. I was beginning to feel like I was swimming through the air.
It's swimmingly humid here too. Bleah.So glad DIL is holding on! Sometimes the body just needs to get s little stronger before fighting hard. ♥
People can certainly recover from meningitis, but at best it's a huge insult to the body, and cure/recovery takes time. Good wishes redoubled.--Alan
