  3. Thanks, Alan! ♥ It really is!!! It was sweet, too, that the good results came on Ally's Great Aunt Mary & Great Uncle Butch's 37th Wedding Anniversary. They are very close to Ally's Mom and that news was their favourite part of their special day. :-)

  5. I can't believe how it SUDDENLY looks like Autumn here! It's like someone said "Cue the leaves"!! Just in the last two days we have 20% more colour in the trees!

  6. Yep, been like that here, too. One day edges, the next day, the whole tree. Never seen one like it!

  7. Arrgghh! We're having *another* 90 degree day today. This weather has been so unpredictable. I don't know whether we'll have a mild winter here or one of those record-breaking-cold ones. I'm afraid our Democratic governor in OH isn't going to win. He's 17 points behind right now. The Republicans see blood in the water and many Democrats are so disgusted they don't even want to bother.

  8. Well, all it takes is a year or two of "reality" to get everyone's enthusiasm back. Wonder howcum we forget so fast what it's like to have rePublicans in power?

  12. It's easy to tell that Ally's folks are beginning to feel the stress of tomorrow's landmark scans and the big wait over the weekend for the results. These scans will tell whether there are any cancer cells in Ally's body presently. If there are, it's NOT good, as she has been clear the last two times she's had scans. If there no cancer cells, it's fabulous news and her 3f8 treatments may proceed. The treatments will help ensure Ally's remission continues. We are very hopeful, yet cherish your good vibes, prayers and share hopes. ♡
