I looked on Amazon and was about to give up when I did find a set of summer headbands that covered the ears. Really fancy print designs. Supposedly for women, but that's OK by me.
Sounds good! Headbands aren't gender dependent. Lots of people wear them, including some made of fleece on the ski slopes. Summer bands would be softer and cooler. I hope you enjoy them!
Today marks one year since the last time I communicated with Shiloh ... via text. Sigh. Wonderfully, the Eastern Black Swallowtail Butterfly that overwintered in a habitat in our garage emerged from its chrysalis, to soften the day.
The Dems are known for eating their own. Janet Mills has suspended her campaign and is 78 years old. That only leaves Platner to beat Susan Collins.
NPR had a segment about him today. In it, he was interviewed and said the things people are concerned about are things he espoused in his 20's when he was in the Infantry and a lot of it came out of that culture. He said that when he joined the real world he saw the error of it and it is not who he is today.
Would I prefer someone of better calibre in his 20's? Of course. But is it wise for the Dems to naysay at this point?
W.A., I just thought of this…
ReplyDeleteWhile you’re waiting for your hair to grow out, consider wearing a cool hairband that covers your ears, or a spiffy hat.
Thanks for the idea. Not something I've ever done, but I can think about it.

ReplyDeleteEven if Trump kills his $1.8 billion slush fund, his IRS lawsuit headache isn’t over
"The controversial settlement included both a fund that has sparked a political backlash and future IRS immunity for the president, his relatives and Trump businesses."
