We uncovered our sailboat, Loch Nest, on Saturday! (The ⛵️ season has begun.) We got the Lifelines on (which is always a relief), and the interior had no issues from Winter. So far, so good! Next up: a good powerwash.
Wil and I actually watched it live. Bringing up the ballroom was stupid and I think that and the Iran comment were probably part of the speech he didn’t get to give. Some of what he said (the part he read off a paper) was okay. I thought it interesting that he said the speech he had been planning to give would no longer have been appropriate…! We’ll see what he comes up with for when they reschedule.
Having had two grands with us most of last week, we are still recuperating. LOL But it was such a delight, and we also got to have dinner out with some of our family from NH and Maine on Friday night to celebrate Elder*Grandson turning 13 TODAY, and Grandad Wil turning 71 this coming Wednesday.
