  1. Well, my wonderfully stuffy nose didn't allow me to sleep AT ALL last night.
Doc's office says this new med I'm on (11 days now) takes weeks to build up in your system.
So, lucky me, I have to tough it out.

    1. Oh dear! I'm really sorry.
To answer your question on the last thread: Nothing was said about possible cancellations. I suspect if there is a cancellation they simply do fewer patients that night.

    2. Many specialists have a list of people willing to be called if there's a cancellation. Otherwise they lose revenue for that day. It's how I got in to see the allergist a month early two years ago.

    3. That's typically when a provider is seeing single patients in succession. I'm not sure how the payment works when hospital employees are running tests on multiple patients simultaneously.

  2. Well, here I go to attempt to sleep. I've been awake for nerly 36 hours and can practically fall asleep walking at this point. But one must breathe to be able to sleep, so I guess we'll see. Wish me luck!

  3. I am again in receipt of Republican fundraising material. This one is purportedly written by Erika Kirk, widow of Charlie Kirk. The most interesting part is her suggestion that we "bring turning point to schools." -- nordy
