BTW on YouTube I found this great channel called The Sleepy Scientist, that has videos of from two to three hours long discussing matters pertaining to the universe designed for insomniacs. They're great, interesting enough to engage the curiosity and yet gentle enough to lull one to sleep. And, they're long enough so that, if you wake up after an hour or so, you find it still patiently running to sooth you back to sleep again. It's the best thing I've found for my insomnia.

DeleteThere was also a 6.0 earthquake this morning at Guadalupe in the Carribean. Only that one was deeper and off the coast, so they fared far better.
DeleteJust saw that. Sure seems like Mother Earth is restless, to say the least. I for one find it all pretty scary.
