Well, I got 5 hours of sleep last night plus a 45 min nap. Meh. It works. Hoping to do okay tonight. I'm supposed to check in with my PCP tomorrow. I have questions.
We set out for the last sail of the season today. After getting to the Bay, I decided not to sail as I was tired and the wind was strong. The guys went out and had a blast, though. I drove home and attempted a second nap, but only rested. So glad they got that sail in! The boat comes out Thursday morning.

Five hours doesn't sound like a lot to me, but it's better than a few days ago. Good luck with the PCP and hope things continue to improve.
