For the second time this week, last night I got one (1) hour of sleep. But! My allergist had a cancellation, so I. have an appt for tomorrow at 3:00pm. Sure hoping he can figure out what to do for this horribly stuffy nose.
Alan here, a little better than yesterday. Home hospice nurse stopped by, is pleased. stationary bicycle has had an obvious salutary effect on my walking (with walker).
