  1. Good morning, all. I am not out of the woods by any means, but slowly improving day by day. A bit too much of a tremor in my hands to write adequately, but I can touch up e-mails all right. Very light exercise is restoring some strength. I can get up to about 60 or maybe 70 feet with a walker, but that last ten feet is a struggle. I continue to need supplemental oxygen. Can sleep well, good appetite. I was very clearly overmedicated, but we are making good progress on that front. My mind continues to clear; I can deal with some demanding books now—e.g. art, history, and even economics. I had a sensible discussion with our bond broker a couple of days ago. Financially (including health care) everything seems to augur well.

Idle curiosity: Do you have a walking frame (granny walker) or a rollator?

    2. both, but use the conventional walker and a wheel chair.

    1. Thanks, Alan. Makes sense to me. Language developed as the need for it developed.
