    1. The court held that district judges cannot issue nationwide injunctions. Applied broadly to all the legal challenges Trump faces, this would be a major win for him. But the plaintiffs immediately filed a class-action lawwuit, which has almost the same effect. Alito and Thomas indicated they would be hostile to class action, but nothing of the sort appeared elsewhere.

    AP --The Supreme Court on Friday upheld a Texas law aimed at blocking children under 18 from seeing online pornography.

    Nearly half all states have passed similar age verification laws as smartphones and other devices make it easier to access online porn, including hardcore obscene material. -- nordy
