More than 4,500 calls and electronic messages about Kavanaugh sent to the FBI tip line went directly to the White House, where they were never investigated, and the FBI was told not to pursue corroborating evidence of the accusations by Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez although lawyers for the women presented the names of dozens of people who could testify to the truth of their allegations."
Somebody - don't recall who - I was listening to last night, while i was busy not sleeping, observed that Trump has all that material to hold over Kavanaugh. Seems to me, he probably did and does, being the mob boss he is. That struck me as actually the scary part.
Would anyone ever have imagined it possible that an American president would be known to at least potentially have blackmailed an American Supreme Court Justice? I'll be interested to see if he is eventually proven to have done so.
